The NetSet website development process:

1) Research
Team NetSet will work with you to understand your business, product and goals. Competitive research helps ensure your company website looks better and offers more than the ‘other guy’.

2) Navigation Design
Before creating a website, the scope, content, and overall goal of the project must be clear. With the budget in mind, we create a map that includes all areas of the website, and how they relate to each other. This site map is essentially the blue print for the website.

As in most construction projects, changes made to the site map can change the final costs. Due to the dynamic process of developing custom websites and applications, changes can be made as new ideas emerge. NetSet is always sure to communicate any costs before they are incurred.

3) The ‘Look and Feel’
Once the sitemap is approved, our design team will create several mockups to determine the ‘look and feel” for the site. Mockups are presented and changes made based on client feedback. Most websites are priced to allow one set of revisions at this stage.

4) Content Development and Photography
Writing and Photography is an art, at times coming up with the right words to say or what imagery to use can stump the best of us. Our creative team will work with you to come up with the words to say and the imagery to support it.

5) Assembly
Assembly of the website begins by taking the approved design and applying it to the site map. This creates an empty shell of the site. Once all of the pages have been developed and the navigation is linked and functional, all of the content is inserted and each page formatted for consistency. The website is then uploaded to one of our test servers for review and testing. Once posted, it awaits final revisions and your approval.
