On behalf of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Winnipeg, I am pleased to provide a letter of recommendation for NetSet Solutions.

The team at NetSet has been our IT support since its inception in 2002. NetSet has consistently provided excellent response time whether we just need an answer to a quick question, a quote on new equipment, or detailed proposal for long-term technology.

I can always trust that any equipment requiring repair, replacement, or maintenance will be returned to us in excellent working condition – on the one occasion when the initial solution did not work, the staff at NetSet continued to work on the problem until it was solved to my satisfaction.

As a not for profit organization, value for our dollar is the number one priority – NetSet has always given us fair and honest cost estimates. They also understand that sometimes ‘the best’ solution is too expensive for us and they are always willing to find an alternate solution that fits within our budget restrictions.

NetSet Solutions’ strongest asset is their friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. There is no issue that they cannot find the solution to – no problem too big for them to solve.
